Q1: How can I trust that Angkor T.K's tours will be good quality?
- Angkor T.K has been operating for over a decade and in that time has arranged thousands of tours. We have personally inspected all the services we provide and have selected the very best guides, hotels and sites to ensure that you can just relax and enjoy yourself.

Q2: Will I be traveling in a large group or on a private tour (private guide/transportation)?
- Our tours are arranged on a private basis so it’s just you, your family, friends or group and your local guide. We think this is much better that you don’t have to worry about any long queues or waiting around for other people to take photos. Our guides have all been trained by the Ministry of Tourism and have wealth of knowledge, so you can ask them all questions you want to know and really get to know the country. By travelling on a private tour you can really decide on what you do and don’t want to see on your trip.

Q3: How do I book and pay?
- To book a tour or hotel through Angkor T.K. you will need to complete an inquiry form; once submitted one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and your booking.
You can pay for your hotel through the internationally recognized online payment company, PayPal. Once the money is safely transferred,the booking will be confirmed. For the tour, one of our operators will email you to discuss the most convenient method of payment.

Q4: Can you tailor-make a tour for me or do I have to pick one of the standard tours on your website?
- The tours on our website can give us a base from which to work from, but we can, of course, alter the tour so that you can get the most out of your time in any one place. If there is something you would like to do that is not on one of our itineraries, please feel free contact us and we will send you a revised itinerary and quotation including it.

Q5: Can I book over the phone?
- If you would prefer to book over the phone you can call us on + 855 (0) 63 963320. Our office opening hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. Please be mindful of the time difference.

Q6: Will you ever ask for more money than originally quoted?
- All our rates are quoted in US Dollars, we will take ‘X’ amount from your credit card or bank account on the day which payment is due. However, if your bank account is not in US Dollars the amount taken may be different due to fluctuating exchange rates which change on a daily basis.
For tours and hotels, once the bookings have been confirmed we do not ask for any more money unless there is an increase beyond our control. This is very rare, but for more details please refer to our terms and conditions.
With regards to booking flights, we will inform you of the fare at the time you request it, but the fare is not guaranteed forifyou wait, the fares may well rise. Only when the ticket is issued can the price be confirmed. We strongly urge you to book you flights as soon as possible so that we can secure the lowest possible price.

Q7: How do I receive my travel documents?
- Once you have confirmed your booking, Angkor T.K. will send you a clear itinerary along with any e-tickets (flights) and hotel vouchers you have booked.

Q8: What happens if I need to cancel my trip or change my itinerary?
- Should you for any reason needto cancel your trip or change the dates, we will send you our terms and conditions that depend on your booking.
Should you have people traveling with you who may require special arrangements – for example: a disabled person, many young children or a vegetarian - please let us know in advance and we will ensure that they are completely facilitated throughout the trip.

Q9: Do I need to get travel insurance?
- We strongly advise all our guests to invest in a good travel insurance policy as soon as possible after you book your holiday. Although unlikely, you or one of your party could, for example, have a family emergency or an accident that prevents them from making the trip.

Q10:. How do we apply for our visas?
- A tourism visa can be issued when you arrive in the country; it costs $20 USD and is valid for one month. It is also possible to apply for an E-Visa before entering the country. Certain nationalities do not require a visa for up to 30 days; other nationalities will be required to apply for their visa before entering the country. Q11: What happens if something goes wrong; how do we contact you?
- If something should go wrong during your stay in Cambodia we have a 24-hour emergency number - +855 12 599 394. Should you be booking a multi-country tour with us, we will send you a list of all emergency contacts in each location when you confirm your booking.
